 Senior Environmental Engineer

Role & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Principals of the company and will be responsible for the following areas:
• Provide consulting services in environmental engineering and related disciplines on projects.
• Oversee and grow the environmental group.
• Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments.
• Underground storage tank removal and site remediation.
• Designated substance surveys.
• Hydrogeology studies.
• Compliance monitoring.
• Actively market the services of the company.
• Responsible for preparation of proposals, project organization and administration, and implementation and technical accuracy of projects.Qualifications & Experience
• Five (5) to ten (10) years experience working in the areas of Environmental Engineering or Hydrogeology.
• Currently licensed as a P.Eng. or P.Geo.
• Minimum of Undergraduate degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental or Geological Engineering, Earth Sciences (Geology) or Hydrogeology. Preference will be given to candidates with an M.Eng. or M.Sc.
• Proven project management skills and consulting experience.
• Strong English written and verbal skills are required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• The preferred candidate will be self-motivated, energetic and well organized, with a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
