Constructed in 2003, the Strandherd Plaza is located along Strandherd Drive in Ottawa, Ontario. Houle Chevrier Engineering Ltd. carried out a geotechnical investigation of the site and provided geotechnical inspections and material testing services throughout the construction phase.
